I need help, i've been bottling in my emotions, well the way i feel about this person for a year now and its driving me insane, how do i tell them how i feel without coming off as creepy?
How close are you to this person? If you're close enough to hang out then just hang out and then later on just tell her with a smile on your face. Don't say it too seriously, just say "I have something to tell you" and tell her that you like her.
I'm bestfriends with this person and i'm no good with words so i never tell people things straight up, i also drop the most obvious hints for this person and everyone at school knows i like them but they seem to be completely oblivious
Say what's on your mind. A person can't blame you for being honest and humble. Don't wait on it or bottle your emotions that just makes talking to someone that much harder. Release your thoughts and you'll feel relieved after you've done it

It'll be fine, I don't think she/he will think you're creepy. If you mess up, they'll probably find it cute. All you have to do is convince your self, maybe plan it give a specific date of when you're going to confess. Maybe you can keep track of how many times you failed to confess. To be honest, just wing it. Since its your best friend i'd doubt it'd come to a negative response.

I've confessed to a good friend of mine so it couldn't be that bad. Honestly, the only way to find out is to just do it. Take the chances. It's life man, plus I've also been told more than a hundred times that people appreciate confidence so what ever happens they will somewhat respect you. Don't also try to think negatively about it because the chances of both a negative and a positive outcome weigh each other out.
Yes, yolo it, for god's sake have a god damn plan on how to go on to say it, if anything just go to her and tell how ye feel about her with of course complimenting her, Ye got to be charming yet also innocent.
