Sometimes I feel like I'm not actually belong in my family. When I was young I lived wth my Dad and stepMom and they treated me very nice and I feel like I'm actually belong in their family.
But then I had to move to live wth my real mom and stepdad. Sometimes I got the feeling that my mom actually love money not me, I remember last year I gave her a birthday card I spent all day making it but she not even like it, she said why am i keep giving her birthday card but not something else, isn't that mean that she want something expensive instead of the thing I put my heart to do it? She seem so defferent than before. This is not my mom!

I can tell why your distressed.
Someone you know and love has changed to the point where you dont believe they are the same person.
But remember every one is different and may have different reactions to things.
The best answer is to talk about it out with your mom and tell her how you feel.
It may sound cheesy but it's my answer to your question.

Look at her brighter side, People commit mistakes though.
You shouldn't judge your mom that easily because of that. Maybe what she "Something more" is your love and your respect. Or some trophy you can earn from your talent(If You Have). I'm sure she'll be contented. But if she did the same thing like, she's not talking to you anymore because you didn't gave him something expensive(Like what you think), then it's time for you to confront her.
Communication is important for understanding, that's why God gave us Mouth to speak.
And also, people change everytime, don't expect for them to be the same, but if really bothers you, you should do something, like what I've said earlier.
