Paranoia and depression are still sinkikg me down.
I have frequent thoughts about stabbing myself in the chest with a kitchen knife.
I constantly fear that people will hurt my family. A few persons, with a few criminals as friends, on social media are really ignoring me. What if they are angry at me? What if they'll do something?
I have troubles reaching out for a therapist, that may solve my problems, nowadays. I consider at times if I should treat the problem (Therapy that may not fully solve the problem) or Removing the affected area (end my life).

PLEASE DO NOT END YOUR LIFE!!! THERE ARE SO MANY REASONS WHY YOU SHOULDN'T JUST PLEASE DON'T.
I know you may feel down now, and you may feel like this feeling will last forever(or for a long time a least). But there is always something to look forward to- happiness to gain. Life is an adventure, live it.
I suggest reaching out to the therapist for help. Even if this doesn't solve all your problems, ot could give you a step up to pull yourself out of this metaphorical hole.
I believe in you!

Well, one thing i can say with absolute certainty is that I don't think you should kill yourself. That's a permanent solution to what are typically transient problems that will go away eventually as you discover more options and the world goes on, variables at work flowing into motion. Things change, so never assume hopelessness and just keep going with it, doing the best you can.

The people you feel are ignoring you, just try not to jump to too many conclusions; I understand that anxiety and trust me, acting off of your preconceptions might make things worse, so just talk to them when you can; sometimes things come up and for all you know they might be busy with other things you know not of. As for their unruly pals, as I said, do your best to deal with that kinda thing as it comes and try not to instigate conflict where it may not exist.

I hope that helps a bit, and if you think seeking professional help would be beneficial, by all means go for it.
