So I got a school project where I need to make a real business like as if I'm actually trying to make a business. Any comments like what do you think of it or some things I should take into consideration, what would you like to see, costs, yada yada... Any comment is good so I appreciate all your help. So here is our plan

Our business plan is to make a video game themed cafar (a mix between a cafe and a bar the cafe has a bar like look). The purpose of this establishment is to serve as a social place where people can hang out, eat food, and have a good time. It has a target audience of children, teens, and young adults who enjoy video games, anime, and cartoons. Some interesting things about this business would be that it could be very flexible, and can have different events to appeal to different audiences varying from game tournament night, anime night, trivia hours and so much more. The idea also includes attention grabbers like video game themed food and atmosphere, where people can feel a experience of being like those in their favorite games or animes. This is subject to change because there is both potential and possibilities with growth of the business.
