Save me...

I've been in America a little over two months now, so I thought I was in the clear. My stomach had gotten wrecked on occasion, but never this bad. My stomachs is sensitive to fruit, and I hadn't eaten any since arriving.

Until Easter Sunday.

Strawberries, grapes, apples, pineapples...

I woke up this morning and I feel like I'm gonna die.

Any advice? I'm already drinking water...

Also, searing pain in the sides of my stomach.

Help...

My advice would be to go see a doctor. They could tell what's going on, and help prevent it from getting any worse. Hope I helped a bit.
