It's so nice to see that you guys are contributing to making each other happier. Uplifting quotes, letting it all out, pieces of life advice, and so much more. I thought it would be good of everyone tells of a certain point in there life when they were truly happy to be alive. Taking a step back and counting all the happy times can really lift your mood.

After all, it's the little things that can make you smile.

Here's mine:

I lost contact with a good friend from elementary school, but our parents had one day miraculously bumped into each other at a gas station while they were fueling up. We saw each other once again, and we smiled and talked and ate ice cream together at a park overlooking the sea. My old pal fell asleep on the picnic blanket, while I enjoyed the view of the ocean. In that moment, I was so happy I thought my heart would burst open. Since that day, we have agreed to never lose contact with one another ever again. They still text me "good morning."

Smiling at strangers. And vice versa.

Weird, but that time I embarrassed myself in the middle of the biggest train station I've ever been. Usually I'd break down or have an epic freak out, especially since I was just with people I barely knew and the whole station was staring, but no, for some reason, I actually managed to laugh that day. Then everyone else laughed, but except instead of laughing at me, they were laughing with me. Now, it's probably one of my fondest memories, and something I like to turn around and rub my social anxiety's face in when I've had a really bad day.

When this girl smiled at me today. That made me very happy!
