i keep thinking about it, but i'm clueless
anybody can explain me what it's mean?

Well, I'm not really an expert, and I'm pretty sure that I'm probably not right. But, Basically, this is my opinion.
It means that if you can't find true happiness, you should find happiness in simplistic things and make yourself believe that you're happy.
Sort of like dating someone you don't actually love, but having them there for you anyways.

If you can learn to live in the present and notice and appreciate the little pleasures that reside in it, I think you can be happy.
