I've always known, the world is dangerous

I was born in a dangerous country
But I don't experience that danger
The sole reason for that is that, right now, I'm not there
The citizens of this country that I'm in live a happy life
Even so, they still complain
The government of this country has their country under control
Although this country still faces danger, not much is seen
I've never see cases to the extent which I will mark as danger
I'm lucky, ain't I?
But then again, even though I don't see them, they still exist
And I might actually encounter them one day
When that happens, I'm not sure what I should then
I can't kill them, I'll not be allowed to stay any longer
I can't outrun them, I'm physically weak
...
I have a low chance of surviving such circumstances
I haven't got any experience

The world outside is more dangerous, isn't it?
I would like to see it for myself
