So, there's this class. The teacher wants everyone to be like a family and she demands that we meet often and she demands that we cook together to form a bond in class, and she demands that we attend all classes. If you're absent too often, you're out. She makes the upperclassmen talk to the freshmen, like it or not, she forces her opinions. She makes you look bad (ex. "I donated the other day, you should, too")
She sends super long, incomprehensible emails about nonsense and nags around in them.

She's untouchable cuz she's got the whole place under her control. (Her son, daughter in law and husband are all working there) and she forces us to be close with eachother.

Okay, WHAT IF I DON'T WANT FRIENDS, HUH?! Geez

Just keep quiet, keep calm, I get the feeling, just respond when someone's talking to you, make them think you just aren't too talkative. But if that doesn't suit you, find someone who doesn't like the teacher too, there sure is somebody. That person could be your "friend" and nobody will notice anything.
Wait can't you change classes?

Yeah, I'd register to change classes. And even if I were in that class, I probably notice such bullshitery and just ignore it completely. Also in that situation I'd participate in her game of house but make it painfully obvious that what she's doing is wrong. Don't be afraid to be sassy around people who deserve the sassing :P
