Direct to the point question.
What will I do to get rid of those gangsters in the street without picking a fight?
I'm really tired of using my knife to them and getting bruises.
And even if I report it to the Officers in our Town or to my parents, they would just say "Just avoid them" , those gangsters still disturb me -_- In where I go, in the mall, in my school and even if I just pass by.

(PS: Admins, Don't delete this post, I'm not fooling around this time)
And this doesn't even talk about suicide -_-

I think you could:

1. Stay close to your brother/ friend/ someone who's big enough to intimidate people
2. Take some martial arts lessons
3. Try not to stand out to much from the crowd

If the police won't help then it's your government's fault isn't it? If your law enforcement can't enforce laws then you go to your government center and petition. If you're persistent enough, they will at least consider your words. That's all I can say I guess.

Take directive and try to plan routes, know your streets like the back of your hand and try to avoid any parts of your town that seem quiet, stay near public places, I doubt you would get jumped and beat up if you do these things. You can get a petition sign for ppl that agree with you will support you. It's hard to avoid a gang completely so expect yourself to still have problems even if you're not doing anything. You just yourself have to be strong with this issue and have to get ppl to help you with the similar problem. As long you're using self defense you shouldn't get in trouble, you know your rights. People will soon grow to respect you and leave you alone.

Okay, so maybe you've already had this suggested to you, but nevertheless, here it is: Try to travel in groups, avoid being alone. Even if you don't have a big group of friends, try to stay in public areas with lots of people. Also, about the knife thing.. Only use it as a last resort, and by that I mean if they get physical. If they say something or pull some childish prank (trying to trip you up as you past etc.) then just ignore it, you get people like that everywhere unfortunately. If they try to beat you up, then look for a way out or get help, if neither are options, then you may use the knife. The first advantage to this is that you can always say it was self defence, so you can't be arrested if you seriously hurt someone by accident. The second advantage is that if you don't make it obvious that you have a weapon, it will surprise them, so that moment of hesitation will present an opportunity to get out.

If none of these things help, I would go with Roxanne's idea, or contact a higher authority constantly until the problem is addressed. Good luck Yuri.

The best advice would be: Get the heck out of there! There's no point in living in a place that you have to suffer constantly. if you can't leave that place, join them. BUt that would be the worst advice ever.

I can't be on public because our streets here are always quiet.(Somewhat, PROVINCIAL)
I can't be close with my family because they are always busy, and..I don't have a brother or sister, and my cousins are away from us.
I don't have much friends because, as I've told you, they are scared to get close to me because of those Gangsters -_-
I can't move our home because my dad said that's our permanent home.( He just won't listen too much from me because he's always busy -_-)
And this knife and that martial arts thing, I'm a black belter of taekwondo and this knife is the only choice, but as I've said, I'M ALREADY TIRED FIGHTING FOR MY OWN -_-
I think the only answer is "Accept this trajedy every night" -_-

I did say it'll be hard to do. Dealing with a gang isn't all that easy and if you don't have anyone that can support you. You're really on your own and have to be strong, like I said you know your rights so GL handling that. Even how tired you are of it the problem isn't going anywhere as long people don't do anything.
