I know there might not be many here that could help but even a little will be a great help. I'm practically living under a rock so here are the questions:
- what's a scholarship?
- What's its' purpose?
- Do you apply for it while you're still in school?

Just letting you know that I'm from Australia and am currently in my last few years at school.

Scholarships, to what I am afford and what I know, is money paid to for your college.
You have the option of applying for them whenever you want. There are MANY. You can get scholarships ranging from placing 1st in a sport to being a girl/boy. I am not sh#tting you when I say this, There is more then a metric f#ckton of scholarships.

Because you are in school, ask around. Go to your consular and talk to him/her, he/she is gonna help you. I mean, that's the job of a consular.
