I feel alone in this world, like a shadow in everyone's footsteps. I wish I knew someone who is like me, who can relate to me, and can just be my friend. My family barely spends time with each other, and it just gets depressing. Though I try to seek out the light through the darkness, the darkness manages to get to me first. I stay as positive as I can and will eventually find the end of the tunnel, but I feel as if I can't do it alone. All I hope for is just simply love and light.

I'm of the firm belief that there's a huge difference between being alone and being lonely. As long as you have people around you that you can interact with, you're not alone. When you don't feel like you can interact with them as much as you'd truly like like you've described, that's where loneliness begins. I know it's hard to face the world and stay hopeful without anyone watching your back, believe me I can relate. But that's really all you can do, and the odds are in your favor that if you can hold onto that hope for long enough then you'll find what you're looking for eventually. In the meantime, just do the best that you can do and remember that you might be lonely but you're not ever alone. Don't worry, many of my faces feel the same .-. But frankly we sort of like it. And ueah, you're not alo e. Find some frie ds who feel lime you do and can act as eachothers support. It's a little gadd to make new friends but you know you guys are meant for eachother when you don't even rrmember when you guys started calling eachother friends XD My parents barely interact with eachother in a KIND way, so things are fairly depressing in my house as well.
