Hi everyone.
There's this guy in school I met in the library. He's fun and our interests are almost the same. So everyday, when the bell for lunch rings, I dash out of the classroom and hurry to the library. This went on for six months now and we always talk in the library or we just send each other signs that make us laugh when I meet him outside of it. This valentine's day 2015, he gave me a bracelet saying it was a friendship bracelet, so I accepted.
But now, he says he wants me to think about going out with him. So at first I was like "oh, you mean go to the movies?" and then he said he wanted me to be his girl friend.
Me being an overweight, also really shy person, didn't know what to say so I started crying on the spot. He panicked and I ran away. I never had this happen to me before so I'm really scared. I mean, I don't really know if I like "like" him or just as a friend. What should I do???

Be straight up and ask him if he really wants to be your boy toy. If he's joking, kick him in his junk for being a douche.

Ah, I can kind of see this coming from an overweight(and introverted) girl myself. Well, you guys 've known eachother other for a bit now, so..

What I suggest is just tell him how you're feeling now, that you're not sure, and such, and perhaps just tell him you'd like to stay as friends a bit longer until you're more sure on how you feel about him?

I mean, that way you're not gonna dive into something, unsure, and hurt yourself after, right? If he really does like you, he should allow that too and understand. Perhaps watch a movie with him once, or go on a 'test date', just to see?
