Hi Akane,
I understand your fears about telling your feelings to your friend. It depends on the relationship you currently have with your friend, but I feel that if you really want to tell her, do so and she should understand your feelings. Even if she doesn't return them, it shouldn't make a difference in your friendship with her. Just emphasize that she shouldn't feel pressured and that you are comfortably remaining only friends with her.
Otherwise, it never hurts to wait. You're still very young, and it's best not to rush things. Take things slowly and enjoy the friendship as it is now. I wish you the best of luck and hope that things between you and your friend go well!

If you feel like it's going to ruin your friendship, then perhaps some things better go unsaid. You will find someone else.

Hello, Akane.

I usually think a little more colder than most of the people here (I mean, when i do post something, usually I just lurk around). So, let me ask: Does she show any sign that She correspond to your feelings? If yes, I think you should confess. If no, there are two choices you can possibly make to get the best "results".

You can just hide it as a secret for a long time in order to protect your friendship, or you can try to make her fall in love with you. Just telling about your feelings isn't enough usually, you have to make her feel almost the same before.

If you just confess... I seriously think you'll try to get along with your friendship, but it'll be kinda awkward for a long time until both of you forget this chapter of your lives.

That's my way of thinking, might not be correct, but I said it anyway in order do try helping.

If you really do love her, you should tell her how you feel. It is only after she denies you that you will be able to carry on without worry or regret, and if she feels the same way about you as you do for her then I wish you the best.

In any case though, if you want something you must risk something else. In this case you will risk you're friendship for a closer couple relationship.

I hoped I helped even if it's just a little.

Also keep this in mind: you might not be feeling romantic love for this other girl. You might just care about her deeply like you'd care for a sister or brother.
