In last few days i fell scared but i dont know about what...im feeling so insecure...what can i do to escape from this feeling.

The fact is that o had some personal problems in last weeks but i figured them out. Is there any posibility the fear that they are going to start again to make me fell like this...cuz if it's this i'll be ok but i don't think so cuz i resolved them.

You're simply anxious and restless. There's something dwelling in your mind that causes you that. Maybe its about a problem or the life your living now. Maybe you want to do something and you think you don't have any time left. Try figuring wants makes you anxious. And the solution would easily come to you.

Thank you, and yes thats the way i think in this moment to...but there are many many things that remind me oh the past so is a bit harder but in time i think that'll be ok :)
