How can I overcome my laziness? (6)

This has been a problem since elementary school. I've never done homework, I work on projects 'till the last minute and I bet you in the future I will be too lazy to even cook my own food. My laziness even overpowers my spontaneous bursts of imagination that can create a masterpiece. I really need help with productivity and how to overcome my laziness. And over the years every one if the teachers say I'm bright with potential but my grades suck. Is there any one that can help me? Thank you for taking the time to read ^_^

The best way to get yourself to be productive is to work on things you enjoy. Now of course that's not always possible, so I've found ways to trick myself into enjoying getting stuff done. First of all, break everything you have to do into smaller tasks and keep a list of some sort. When you finish something, which is pretty easy to do since its small, you can get rid of it and you can watch yourself make progress. Another thing you can do is to reward yourself every time you make a decent amount of progress. Ideally that involves doing something fun instead, but if you need to keep productive then promising yourself a small break or switching to something you enjoy working on can also work. This stuff all works best if you start early and do a little bit at a time rather than waiting. You actually add so much time to something by thinking about you how you should be doing it and letting that weigh down on you, or stressing yourself about all the other stuff you have to do too. Hope some of that stuff works for you

You're not lazy until you have stacks of piss bottles.

THIS IS LITERALLY ME JESUS CHRIST
Unfortunately, I have no idea how to help, as I suffer from the same ailment. I guess a couple things
1) cut things into smaller parts (don't unload the dishwasher, unload the top part, etc.)
2) find the right time. (If i can wake up at like, 1am I am way more likely to do my work than if i try doing it after school)

Just do everything early. If you're like me, when you're confronted with work, your thoughts immediately go to "I've got time, I'll do it later."

The problem with this is, later never comes. So you've gotta just do everything as soon as you can get to it. It'll make life a lot easier.

Also, reward yourself for little achievements. It's a good motivator for me, and shit's always nicer when you feel like you've earned it.
