I know it may be an offending thread for maybe there are professors who are Dollars but please, read this before reacting, I need help, truly.

We have a community immersion project. Then, my classmates vote me as their leader. I accept it of course because I can do it. But, ghad, our Professor was very immature. Here we are, asking her something then she said, "Why did you not do it earlier?" then our answer, "Ma'am, we don't want to move without your permission." Then she said that she's just here to guide us blah blah that we can do whatever we want, she'll just approve it or not. Then, we continue our work but when we're on the middle of working, she said "what are you doing? blah blah I think you should blah blah" Ugh, and now she's the one who's deciding on what to do. I thought she would just guide and approve? And take note, she approved when we asked her then she's talking like no tomorrow about the things we should do. Why didn't she said that before we work, while we're asking her?

Then, as a leader, I never failed coming to her when she called the leaders. But then, one time, I came late then she said, "You're ALWAYS late," with an annoyed voice! Ugh, ALWAYS? It's just one time, just that time 'coz I'm busy doing her other commandments!

Then, when I'm doing well, she assigned me to be the leader of all leaders. I accepted it. How could I reject her? But then, when I did something wrong, something that I think was not my fault, she said, "I don't want you to be the leader." In front of the other leaders! My! How come she could assign someone and just fire it that quickly? Well, I didn't bother defending that position, I don't even want it.

Then, last but the least. Whenever my members did something wrong, she blames me, saying that I'm not a good leader, I couldn't handle them, I'm too weak. Ugh, I can handle them myself! I'm just not the kind of leader who will force them to do something. They have their own minds and strategies. I assigned them to whatever and then they have their own! That's the essence of assigning. I'm just the one who will check what they did. Of course I couldn't watch over them all the time, I'm also doing my own works. Example, my member asked our prof why is it blah blah blah. Then, she blamed me saying, "Why didn't to told them blah blah." I was like, I told them! Is it my fault if his out of his self while I'm explaining everything to them?

I need help, please. How could I still stay with that kind of instructor? She's not seeing everything... for her everything was my fault. I can't take her anymore but I can't just go say it in front of her, for I don't want to have low grades from this kind of subject.

What will I do? Or, should I do nothing?

I hate to say something that's pretty obvious, but breath in breath out and be patient. Grades at stake here yo. She sounds snobby and I think with that personality everyone knows it, especially you. So yo buds are gonna be yo buds and support the snobnosity of le teacher.

I was a leader. Once.
I understand what you feel. I almost stop to be a leader.She hates me and want someone take my place. So, I let my friend to take my place and its really made me feel worst because I do with all of my will but She dont appericiate my work. Its only survive for a while and She must learn admit I was the fucking leader.

So be patience and let she Suffered.If She want to change, change it. To change leader not really that easy.
