So guys I've always wanted to be a doctor from when I was a kid and I have the grades for it so that's always been what I wanted to do. But I've been working part time at this patisserie and I am really good at making deserts. And I enjoy it so much, like when some enjoys one of my cakes it makes me so happy. And working together with me colleagues is great. And I've started wondering how it would be to go to a cookery school and then open up a pastry shop. Now I can't decide which to pick. I love both of them.

Hi! Personally, I think you should definitely go to med school. It's not that being a doctor is better than being a pastry chef, but that you should explore what it's like to be a med student first before you give up your childhood dream. Besides couldn't you continue to make desserts for people even if you become a doctor? It sounds like you're already pretty skilled. Anyways, good luck with whatever you choose! :P

if you think you like cooking better than medicine then you should totally go for it. it's completely possible for your interests to change over time. just think it through a bit. which one would you enjoy more? pick that one. if the answer is a complete tie, though i would go to med school. that would probably be harder to get into again after having stopped studying for it for a couple of years.
Good luck with whatever you chose!
