Heya guys~
I've started going to a normal school after a couple of years in distance ed so I'm kinda, let's say.....nervous/stressing/excited! I've forgotten how different a normal school is and since school is starting soon.....I NEED YOU GUY'S ADVICE.
I'm not anti social but I've never done well in holding a conversation. Also, on my first day, should I play it 'cool' and be like "meh" or should I jump in straight away to talk and make friends?
I just need any advice that'll help me get through the first day! D X

The best advice to give you is that going to school is that most people would say is that you should be that to be yourself would help to make friends that know for the real you rather if you weren't yourself that isn't that you being someone your not so best choice to go with is act like yourself and things should go well

Another good advice, Just be yourself, Have interesting conversations with them just add some humor because people like the "Fun" Guy character.

I'd say don't try to be cool but at the same time don't try to be to in people faces. Act normal and talk to people normally, try chatting with the person next to you or in your classes and try to get to know people but don't force yourself into conversation either. I'd say try to find common ground with the people you are talking with like try to find common interests. If that fails and you get nervous then just say your nervous, honesty is honestly the best policy

Just relax and be yourself! Those are the ones who always attract the most friends and are always talked well about.

I don't know if you mean grade school or highschool but don't try and be someone your not. Just try and make a friend or too and ask them to show you around.

Thank you so much all of you! I'm in my last year of highschool and I've practically done distance education for the rest of my HS days so I got really anxious thinking about going into a classroom after soooo long.^^
This advice helps a lot and all of you have my word I will try my best to follow them!
