Internet Friends (4)

My internet friend who I have been friends for a long time with may be going through depression... And this girl is 9 for fuck's sake.

Me, her and a whole bunch of my other friends I met on the internet are in this same tribe (a group in a game we play) but last year a lot if drama occured and this whole chain reaction has the tribe in shambles. Now my friend is suffering through depression(?) because of it. But the reason why I say maybe is because she overreacts -- a lot. Just today she said "fuck you" in a joking manner, but when someone retorted because she didn't clearly state that she was joking she started going on about how she's cobstatly bullied.

Part of what she says is true. My friends sis end up bullying her a lot because of how ignorant she'd be. But the reason why is (I hate to say it) her fault! She won't leave the tribe even if I suggest that she should because I'm her bestfriend and she calls the tribe 'her fanily'. Plus she even wrote about her depression on a public chat abd ended up getting some bad comments about it. But really, she had it coming the minent she hit enter.

I found this song by Marina & Tge Diamondd called "I Am Not A Robot" and this describes her and what I wanna say/have been saying to her. (She even says so herself that she's like a robot) Even though what I say in this thread makes her sound like a bad person, she can be really sweet and protective. Plus she's also funny and likes to have.fun with her friends. She treated everyone as her family even though we technically don't know eachother.

So is there a way I can get her to listen to us? I just need her to wake up and realise that this is reality. (Sorry this long btw :<)

Sounds like your friend is a manipulator to be honest. I believe she'll grow up and be ashamed of herself. I've dealt with people like this and my little sister recently was involved with a person like this. You sound like a good person, so don't let people like this get to you. After dealing with enough manipulative people, you will lose patience for it. Right now, it seems like you have a good amount. Just remember that you can't control others and that you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink.

>>2 Thanks Turtle-Chan U.U She pretty much is a manipulator I guess, but she does not realise it.

>>3 It really is annoying when you can't make someone see what you see and realize what you realize, but it's also freeing in a way because that means it's up to them and not you, so all you have to worry about it one person...yourself ! :D
