When you're in trouble, feeling like you're suffering, think about the people in Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, Africa, Palestine. Remember that you are not alone, there are other people in need, not only of physical help but also mentally. Of course there is no need to bring up religion. In my opinion, we do not need a "God".
