you dieing will solve nothing even if she broke things off that child WILL need you. Don't give that child pain because of someone else it's not going to help anyone if you does anyway. live.it may hurt now but pain with times passes. have faith in the Fates

I think the best thing to do right now is to just think calmly, and not do anything too rash too soon... do you have any reason why she would make such a sudden decision? Try to talk to her first if you haven't already... I'm hoping for the best :(

Due respect, this isn't romance. Though romance is the cause, the actual problem is his will to live due to depression.

I don't actually have advice here. If you boil it down, you only have two options, you either give up and kill yourself or see it through to the end. First option have obvious results, second option is venturing into the unknown with multiple possibilities. Happiness, sadness, fustration. Up to you really.
