let's get straight into the topic, some other day ago, my mom asked me to do some packaging of stuff, at that time i was very tired and a bit sick because of my overwork on the workplace. after some several days, my mom scolding me because i'm doing a "bit" mistake on the packaging. and even calling me an unworthy and useless son. that's really hit me hard, i mean, i can't help myself at that time, i was so tired and my head hurts, like i want to straight go to bed, but as i get to home, she's asked me to do it. because of those words my mom saud, i'm becoming more and more depressed, and this hatred are started too coming out, luckily i still can hold it back, but i'm still depressed on it, can anybody help me? thanks

I definitely suggest telling her how her actions are making you feel. If that doesn't change anything, try and find someone you can openly talk to your problems with, and are comfortable with. It can help tremendously.
