Hey everyone, i just hope to know if there's anything i can do about my current Situation...

So recently i got my Finals Results back, it wasn't Good at all, i can tell that my Parents are upset too but i'm not sure on what to do. My Grades aren't that Good but i have this Problem of not really being Found of Studying and it just gets worse when my Interest in something also affects what i do.
I don't really like doing things that don't Interest me and Personally i feel as if i'm being restraint when Studying/being in School. I know that it's a Phase which Everyone has to go through but i'm still not too Found of the Idea.

I'm really unsure of what to do, and to be Honest, i have contemplated suicide before but i'm too much of a coward to do it. Not exactly the Smartest Idea i know, then again i just Feel that there isn't a point for me to be Living anymore. I can't do anything Right and i'm not even sure what i can do...

Alright, don't be down just because your marks are low. Ending your life for a percentage is not worth it in any situation ever. You got a low mark, you didn't study hard enough, suck it up. It's the hard things in life that makes you more successful. Tell your parents that you aren't interested, try to expand into more of something you have interest in. If you don't know what you are interested in, go out and try to do new things. Join clubs, volunteer, go help out society, just try to find things you are interested in. Remeber, never give up and it is not worth it throwing away your life for a number/percentage.

Sanae, thank you for the Advice. For my Results, if i had gotten better i could've a Better Chance at getting into the Course that i wanted, not thatbi could'nt get in, just that Chances aren't that high.

I wish and i wanted to tell my Parents that what i got to me doesn't really Feel much to me, i just want to do what i'm Interested in, but they and i do know that's not the Case because the Grades do also affect.

I know what i'm Interested in, just unsure of what i'm Good at.

i think i know how you may feel, cause i was a few years ago and god help i'm again in this situation. Don't know what country you're from and what school system you have, and it doesn't really matter now, but suicide? Yeah I was also thinking 'bout suicide when I got my final highschool grades (they were really bad, one 0,1 more and i had to reapeat) with which I have to use to submit job application. Most of ma mates were joining university, but i not, cause my grades were to bad, but i was going to work one year voluntary in elder care, to have more time to think and write jobapplications.
I say to you, when you do it, be prepared fore many negative answers, but don't let them you down, go on with applications cause someone is every time searching for someone like you.
In my case i got a job as a trainee in a forwarding agency.
And now? I'm not a trainee anymore and were earning good money and now i'm since october an university student cause of some waiting time regulations, don't know how to explain that in english.
And my mates from my highschool days? You see, they were always better in grades and school, but, they abort their university courses cause they weren't fitting in.

So my advice is the same as from >>2 Sanae, go and make some volunteer work, or join army, or whatever but do something so that you can make up your mind, gain experience, maybe some money and buy some time to think.

And always remember: You're not bad, the others are :) So be stubborn and step forward, do your things and smile to life, than someday, the life will smile back :)

Paperboy, thank you for the Advice, and i think i somehow Understand what i should do now.

I haven't got into University yet, in fact i'm just starting College soon, but what kinda got to me was that my Friends were most likely taking Courses that will give them Better Pay with Jobs in Future and also that my Parents' Friends' Daughter/Sons seems to mostly done Better than me.

But then again thinking back about my previous Thoughts over the Years, sure i would want a Well Paying Stable Job, but what i want most is to Enjoy in what i do.

I pretty much got a poor grade in every subject despite the fact I did try and despite looks, I actually like studying. Parents weren't happy of course. I might not be having it as hard as you, but it's just as much of a struggle in schooling y'know? So all I can say, keep fighting and gl bro.

I know what's it likes to think of yourslef as a failer but is these time when i get up and swear to myself and say "look enough is enough get back to what your doing and show the world what your made off". I know it might seem hard but always smile and kept trying and what ever you do Never Ever give up because as soon as you give up that's when you hit the ground real hard.

and even if it's hard, keep living and smile, do what you think it's the best for yourself! it will get better!

Keep going, as you live forging bonds with the people around you. Don't just stop living, because have meaning to others, imagine how sad those around would be if give up. please, for everyone,never give up.

There are different types of inteligence (emotional, musical, mathematical,etc) there are different ways people learns. Ones have to hear an explication to understand, others have to read to understand, there is something called kinesthetic learning as well.
It might be you are not made for studies, but that doesn't means your life is not worth to be lived, it means that you are different. That's all.

StrongestBug, thank you for the Advice, i Think i'm more of a Visual Learner since i prefer looking at Diagrams more and all. I doubt that i'm made for Studies since i really can't find an Interest with it, and i hate forcing myself to do things that i don't Like. Like what you said, perhaps i'm just kinda different from Others.
