So, a few hours ago, I was watching a YouTube video at midnight, then suddenly, I all of a sudden woke up or something at five thirty with my laptop in a different position, watching a different video with my hands on the keyboard. The really weird thing, is that in my sleep or whatever, I sent a contact on Skype an apostrophe. Anyone have an explanation or something? I am really worried.

I too have a problem like this... every night i set my phone alarm clock to 9 and set it on my computer desk.Oddly i wake up past 2 with it smothered under me, alarm completely off and phone silenced[not on snooze but silent].i have no memory what so ever of even waking up and fiddling with my phone. I believe this might be a cast of the term Autopilot along with sleepwalking [of coarse not actually walking]. it scares me not to know what else i might not remember. I think it only happens when i'm stressed out and sleep deprived.
