Hey guys! Hope you had a happy holiday! Well when i get back to school on the 5 of January exam chaos will begin and i am nervous as hell. I need some de-stressing methods any advice?

I feel ya on stressing for exams. So some de-stressing methods, huh? I'd give yoga a try! Idk man, it's somewhat helpful. Try this: put on relaxing music, and close your eyes for 15 minutes. Breathe in and breathe out slowly through your nose. This helps relieve any stress you are feeling. It makes you "fresh" in a way, and boosts a bit of your confidence, in my opinion. Some other things to try:

-Take a 20 minute walk (fresh air keeps the mind calm)
-Listen to relaxing music (decreases blood pressure)
-Don't cram study, take your time studying through winter break
-Eat some fruit while studying
-Treat yourself for some candy after studying
-Meet with a few friends and study. This makes you feel more relaxed as you see that you are not the only one stressing.
-Watch some funny videos, a good laugh is good for the mind.
-And most importantly: DON'T be overwhelmed by the exams, because with studying it slowly and not cramming, you feel more confident. Nervousness would only get worse once it is test day and you will forget about how much you studied. So, relax and take breaks too!
