Hi guys please help me out with this. I've been having strange dreams about this figure he's dark and looks like me. Every time i seen him he tells me to do these horrible things and when i do give into his temptation i feel good. He makes me hurt people and animals in my dreams the more i try to fight him the more he seems to enjoy my struggles. I've named this being Dark Ness. Last night he told to tap into my Primordial Rage to get and achieve anything that i want with it. He said to me "No one will stand in your way and now one will push you down just let that rage and me out and we'll have a ball!" Guys give me some advice! In the mean time i'll try to find out what he is and what he wants. Thanks.

fight him,can you actually fight him?man i think you should hear what he wants,to try to understand why is he apppearing in your dreams,but you shouldn't actually give into his temptation because doing that is just giving him a reason to live in your dreams.write anything what he says in yours dreams here.

Get a negative picture of you place it on a punching bag and punch it. Now you pass the step of fighting.

Other then that blow some steam off by drawing epic things or doing things you like. Dreams usually is influenced by fear, memories, events and a lot of random stuff in life. The more you do random things the more random your dream will be. But it still better then Dark Ness. Find what fits you.

Do you have hand cuffs? I would handcuff yourself to bed at night, obviously only if you have a key. But anyways, it signifies that you have control over him. It signifies that he will only remain in your dreams and that he will not leave the confinement of your dreams.

You have control over him in the real world, not him! You have the key to those cuffs, only you are in charge. Try and control him in your dreams, because then you'd have even more control over him. Don't let him win, even if you are tempted in your dreams, don't let him take control over you in the real world.

Woah. This sounds like the Jekyll and Hyde story. Well, my advice is try to block out his voice. THink and focus about something else, do not let him overwhelm you.

Dark Ness has been a part of me since I can't even remember when. He's been part of my dreams and subconscious for a while now. Even when i don't dream he appears and creates a dream. When i do have a pleasant dream I've noticed that he's there hovering above me. The strangest part is in a dream i don't have a shadow. Before i used to keep Dark Ness away by ignoring him or dreaming up a prison to contain him but i guess over the years he's gotten smarter. He only wants one thing and that's to have complete control over my body. I'll do a bit more research on what he could be. Thank you all for your advice. I really think that you should get other people to help you with this, like search for a psychologist and tell him/her whats going on. Maybe even try a priest or something, I know it sounds far fetched or crazy but if you believe in angels then you must believe in demons. Every time you wake up from dreams, you should remind yourself that dark ness is not you, tell yourself you wouldn't do anything that he makes you do in your dreams, do not trust him, he will stop at nothing to consume you, don't think about him if you can. But the best thing for you is to get professional help from someone who knows a lot about the human brain. You can't protect yourself from something thats inside you, you need help.

the actor. Dark Ness he's plagued me for years I've done whatever I could therapist didn't help and as for priests last time i went to one about this it didn't end very well. The last therapist i went to said it could be The dark side of my emotional intelligence. But Dark Ness is different odd in a way.

why do you say he is diferent because it looks like a dark side of a emotional intelligence,explian why you think it is odd

I'm saying he's odd because he can learn. Almost like a sentient being like a human. He seems to know what I'm going to do in my dreams or nightmares.

perhaps its just memories from your 8th grade syndrome, light up, i'm sure it'll go away

Hiro I'm not sure about that. He seems to subside and reappear sparaticly. He's not going away.
