I need some advice,

The story is that my uncle recently came out of jail. He still owes me a lot of money. The problem is that he does not think about giving me the money back. He now ownes a lot of companies because of relationships with some really f*cked up people, he would be able to afford the money!!

He threatens me by telling me how he would kill my family and stuff.
He knows that my family does mean everything to me and that I would rather die myself instead of letting them get harmed.
Im scared.

I really need that money right now and dont know what to do!

The problem is if the police gets involved he is so going to try something. He has an ARMY!

How does he have an army?

Ho and well I would have said try to move without telling him, Call the police to get protection. Get safety on your house and make sure to inform the schools not to let your kids be picked up by your uncle. Many other things.

Seriously how does he as an army? If he is broke he can't afford it to begin with right?

You could try to get a gun or make failsafe plans. Still I cannot give you proper advices without understanding what are your means, your uncles power, how he thinks and such.

My uncle is a monster, made a lot of "friends" in jail and in germany its not that easy to get protection or even a gun. I just have a normal knife, and even that you are not allowed to get caught with.

Ho and I would be surprised. He could get friends to help that's true and its easy... Then again in prisons its as easy to make friends as it is to make enemies. They can stick together, but very few would be willing to risk getting back to jail unless he owes a big favour. And well Pirate as long as you stay in your home you can wield bigger weapons like a metal baseball bat. Depends on your imagination. Stay in crowded places... (Actually the number that ignores crime is high! But it does dissuade and increase the chances of getting help by security or panicked crowd) Make sure to inform those who are concern not to let your children be taken home by that person. unless you make a special call to say its ok yourself. There are a lot of solutions possible. Also think of it this way... Since its hard for you to get protection it might be hard for him to get weapons. He as more experience and wider contacts so he can get a weapon, but its not going to be easier to smuggle. And if police is involve he might try something. But many friends might leave him in a heartbeat and it would be harder to attempt anyway.

Tell him to fuck off and if he comes near you or your family, you'll kill him.

I will stay in crowdes areas, but I need someone to look after the family.

Don't do what he say, I know you want to protect your family but that's not the way. Just imagine yourself become your uncle...lackey~
No offense but you should report this to an officer or something...after all, family is important after all. That's the safest way to protect your family~

Although if I were in your position, my method would be different~
I would find his weakness through some investigation...and kill him from the inside sounds good to me, hehehe...umm but I'm just saying hehehe^^"

I realised, that killing someone from the outside, like killing them with a knife, is not that easy to hide as if you kill them slowly from the inside out.
I'm going to be his nightmare !

Let your family know what's going on if you care about them. The longer you keep the problem to yourself, the worst it'll develop. Just let your family know!!!

But here's one thing you must think about Pirate. you kill him and they find out it will be YOU in Prision instead of him. and he's family too wether you like it or not. family helps family but if he's forcing you you don't own him nothing. get help from police and like previously mentioned protection in your house. kids pick up talked over and even thought he says don't I would tell the other family members so they they know and if he found out you went to the police and he went after you or the family members they'll be prepared to fight back too. you can't leave them in the dark and then get hit by him because you didn't tell. tell friends so in case you need to run and go somewhere to crash and hide.

hmm so you need the money, and he's got a hardy gang backing him up. You 'COULD' be fucked if you try to talk to him about this or try to advance things. But I hate leaving things as they should be. I can see why you can't call the police, if he gets caught he could still get you via other people.

Your situation sounds pretty serious.

My advice is to tell the authorities, or someone high in power if you know such a person. Try rallying some people with you that you know; make a "Mikado Move" and create a color gang if you like. XD. But I'm serious about this. You sound as though you really are in major danger, and I wish that I can help you in more ways than this.

I would suggest you not to get involved in violence, because that would make you as bad as him. However, if it really is needed and it's your only choice left, then might as well use it.

I got most of the problem solved by finding a few people. I also got the police on my site now.
I do would like if some people of the dollars would be here, too.
I still am afraid.
