Well this is personal and I never told anyone about it before besides 2 of my friends and...well I need help...
So basically, when I was playing my mum's phone, I realised a list of Whatsapp messages, so I went to check it out and it turns out that my mum was secretly dating someone else. I did not tell my dad about this as...well I am scared that my parents will divorce. When that man came to my house, I saw that my mum was acutally giving him a kiss on his cheek.
I cannot stand seeing her like this anymore and I am still a kid...please give me suggestions...

There's isn't much more to do than to tell your mom that you know about this and ask her to chose between them. If she chooses the other man and not your father a divorce is bound to happen. And you can't to much more than respect her decisions in life sadly enough. I recommend not telling your dad until she has made her decision though other-ways this could cause some fights between them. If she doesn't agree to choose between them in that case you actually should tell your father. And if she chooses your dad then just ask her to promise it wont happen again and keep quiet. I'm once again not sure if my suggestions is any help but I do hope so.

parents have secrets to so it's not are place to comment on this it's what i hate most the mother of all stalemate questions pardon the pun or don't irdc well kid this is your choice personal i wouldn't approach ether your parents im rather devious nowadays hears what i do i would act like i didn't know anything i would set mom up don't let them know you know or this plan is a bust next time this guy comes over call you dad from a pay phone or something use a voice changer let him know his wife got into car with some guy or whatever your going to say after all said an done they probably forgive each other mainly because the kids didn't know worst thing you could do is take #2 advice

It is true that I forgot about the impact of the child's emotions and image and mainly focused on what would be the most logical solution to solve the problems between the parents. So I do agree with JNR$ to at least make sure that you are anonymous during the whole act. and in case you feel like it's to much I also agree on just ending it. Sorry for making such mistake cause it was indeed a grave one.

you don't have to tell your father, but maybe tell your mom that you know what's going on.
and tell her you don't want to be in the position you're in. see how she reacts. she may feel too guilty to continue the other relationship.
