I'm having these constant pitch sounds in my left ear, having pains in my lower stomach and I've asked to go to a medical facility yet my parents forbid me to. I've asked them why, but I didn't really get a clear answer.
I don't even know what to do anymore. Depression, sounds, pain and I'm not allowed to anything about it...

It should pass in time, just wait it out. It might hurt, but you'll be fine. If they get worse over the course of the next 2-3 weeks, seek medical care. Hospitals are expensive, they could charge you exceedingly for a check up when there was nothing serious to be looked at in the first place. Just take a hot bath/shower, make some soup and get a lot of rest.
