my parents just got back from a 1 month trip a week ago and they have been ignoring/avoiding me?? ive tried really hard to make an actual conversation but it always ends in an insult of some sort or they just get uninterested. i really like my parents theyve always been really nice but this is so unlike them, im pretty scared so any advice??????

Don't worry about it. Try asking them directly, and if they still don't talk, maybe something happenned that you shouldn't know about. It's OK, everybody have secrets. Everything should be back to normal in a while.
By the way, you didn't do anything bad in the past month, right?

Sorry about the double post, but what I meant about "asking them directly" is of course, asking they why they are ignoring/avoiding you.

The best way is to approach them and if they ignore you make them feel awkward by saying "Ah, never mind. Continue to ignore me". It works with me all the time.
Maybe something happened during that trip. But if your parents refuse to tell you what happened, don't brag about it. Let them have their secrets. Just ask why they ignore you.
