Yes actually! Try to biol some water with some mint or some mint extract in it to the point where you can smell the mint distinctly and place your face close but not so close that it's uncomfortable, and drape a towel over the pot an your head and breathe in the steam. Mint I find really helps to soothe lungs... :)
Also, another good way is just a hot shower to loosen everything up and to be able to cough up any obstructing mucus.
So AKA: anything hot is really good for the mucus part of it and will probably at least make the coughing less harsh. Even drinking tea is really good I find!
