I'm extremely bored with life (5)

1 Name: Nam : 2014-11-22 05:28 ID:D4zGvJ/6 [Del]

Everything is unbearably boring now. No interesting events at all have happened and everyday seems repetitive to me. People have also become boring too, I never seem to find anything unique about them and they even seem somewhat annoying.

To change others, you must first change yourself! Try a couple new personality changes - you could become bright and bubbly, or a prankster, pull jokes and stuff. Your friends will also gradually be influenced by you and will become more interesting people! (Also if you're/they're a fan of anime you could introduce them to DRRR and even this website - you could make up cool missions amongst yourselves or something)

Read a book, or find a small distraction from that boredom until you realize what you were looking for again.

It's just a phase. Really. At the beggining of this year I was feeling the same, and now I feel the total opposite. Find something that you like and that brings you happiness and dedicate yourself to it. Things won't get better with your friends if things don't get better with yourself first. I recommend reading books and watching series with positive messages. It may sound a bit stupid but I began giving true value to my friends after watching Naruto and realising how important friends truly are. Try the same! Every person is unique. Every single person has qualities and singularities that makes us love them. When you realise what those things are about your friends you will always find a way to love them back.

Every person is unique, and every person takes this dulling, greyscale sensation of finding little delight around differently Nymeria, these go hand in hand. Which make your search for an answer a bit futile of course Nam. Futile for us, that is.

But there are probably people that know you better than we do. Certainly better than I do. You say people become boring, but several of them at least have something you lack. The ability to enjoy themselves. If you treat this as an enviable curiosity, you don't even need to put a false front. And soon investigating this matter will become socializing.

Of course it's all very theoretical, and you might actually be depressed, in which case you need a doctor since it's a medical condition et all. But I probably shouldn't preach advice I wouldn't follow through.
