How to overcome this pain? (6)

I'm easily obsessed, I had an accident a few days ago, I was injured quite seriously, I'm not hurt by injuries but the accident has haunted me so much, every time I see the wound I cry a lot , it is true that I do cry because I felt the wound burning, but more than that, I cried because I was obsessed with that accident. But my parents, they do not understand, I suffer from obsessive disorder, but they do not know and do not understand, they told me I am too weak, they feel annoyed to see me cry just because of a small wound but why they do not understand, I was obsessed with open wounds, I was haunted by the accident, I was very scared and confused,I need people who understand the pain I'm to endure, and certainly not my parents, now I'm all alone, right, on alone, until the wounds healed ...

You know people doesn't really overcome pain, they just live with it until it they get used to it, that it doesn't hurt them as much anymore. You said you are easily obsessed why won't you find a new obsession? A good one perhaps.

And if you can't, you should attend some counseling. I do not know you personally but I know that the pain you have is just too much to bear.

tks a lot >>2, I never dared to tell anyone I disorder obsessive, maybe I should brave to face it rather than shirk after tears, I often haunted after experiencing something really bad,and about your advice, I'll try, thank you anyway , Aia (I guess that's your name:D)

Like Aia said, no pain truly fades, it just becomes bearable. In your case, turning the negative into positive is the best way to go. It does not matter if you cry, shrink, do drugs or complain, problems, pain and suffering wont get solved by itself, it is up to you. So find new obsessions, positive ones, that can bring a positive impact in your life. Medicine, music, comedy, there are many things to obsess about, find something worthy, something positive.
Life is short and painful, it is up to us to do something about it and make our life worth living.
