I found out today that I have a neurodegenerative disease.
By the time I am thirty, I will shake uncontrollably.
By the time I am forty, I won't remember this moment in time, this place, or much about who I am at all.
By the time I am fifty I will not know who I am at all.
Shit sucks, but I saw it coming.

Wear a helmet, guys.
For real.

I am not taking it well.

No, I imagine you wouldn't be. I probably don't have much of a leg to stand on on this one, but I have a heart problem. I'll need major heart surgery before i'm fifty, but you can't let it beat you. Live, love and have fun, you only get one chance after all.

I am terribly sorry that this has happened to you and all I can say is that you'll have no choice but to live in the moment, no not go crazy and start drugs and drinking, but live every day to it's fullest, love, smile, and be happy for the time your life has spared you. If you ever need to talk my kik is isabel_is_back

Shit sux buddy. Let's all commiserate, shall we?

I'm probably gonna get some form of cancer. 1 in 3 people get it these days, and both my grandmothers died from it. It's either that, or some sort of addiction is gonna beat me to a pulp.

Disagree, you should party even harder once you've accepted your mortality. Just know your dosages, be responsible, and you'll be fine.

Well I can honestly say that sucks to hear. My best advice is to do something find a hobby or even join a group to help bring awareness to what your going through. Find something. The one of the most important days in our life is the day we discover what we are meant to do. Maybe your meant to help others with your disease or maybe your life is meant to remind people how precious the time we have on this earth is. Also I'm sure some kind of group therapy with people in similar scenarios will surely help. Talking to others especially those in the same boat is the best kind of help there is.

>>3 I hope if you have surgery that it goes well, or that you never have to have it to begin with.

>>4 I love drugs. I also don't play around on kik. Social media is for nerds.

>>5 Aye aye.
My addictions hold me together, sadly they have become the foundation of my person. Don't be that way, if you can help it.

>>6 Thanks, but I really would hate talking to a bunch of people with the same thing going on.
It would honestly scare me worse than I already am.

Though to be real with everyone, it's nice to be afraid again.
I feel free, I suppose would be the right word but it's inadequate to describe the feeling.

Also, sage because I don't want attention brought to this, really.
I kind of just want to fade out.

Found a way to cope.
Works great.

>>8 turns out I have a lot more wrong with me than we had originally thought.
Sucks.
I don't feel sick, but they tell me that's part of it.
I don't trust the people telling me that I'm sick, that's part of it.
The way I think, the way I behave, all part of it.

I was conceived by my disease.

Fuck it.
