There's nothing to be confused about if you're faithful or happy, but whatever. Ven summed it up pretty well. If you like the girl who just asked you out, then break up with your girlfriend, and go out with the new girl. If you like your girlfriend better, stay with her, and tell the new girl to fuck off because you're taken. Easy.

Make up your mind and choose which girl makes you the better person/happy. Once you do, tell the other the truth and don't beat around the bush, one party is going to be hurt but it's much better than leading them on aimlessly

If it was me, I'd just stick with the first! The memories we already have count for a lot, you know?
