What is love?
I'm 18 and I have never felt this.
Love is described by films, books, songs, quotes.. but.. have you really experimented love? What is that for you?

The uncontrollable will to make some one happy by all means, and wishing she feels the same for me. Because love, for me, is a 2 person deal.

The closest I ever was to happy was the feeling of excitement. Its ok if you don't get it. Since it is only a word meant to describe an emotion. Geting in someones mind to check if its the exact same thought is impossible so interpretation varies.

Maybe it is the inexplicable attachment for one being? But anyway if you don't know what it is don't feel guilty about it. Live your life like you want to! There is no rule saying you can't enjoy yourself without knowing the definition of love.

Its like asking the definition of life. No real answer its just a feeling that still eludes us.

I'm only 16 and soon to turn 17 but have felt it. its a weird thing to describe.its just the uncontrollable feeling you get when your with the person.when she (or he) is the only person you want o be with and would give your life for them without hesitation. that's what i feel like it is but in reality you cant really explain what love is. you just know it when you feel it. don't worry if you haven't found it yet. everyone finds it eventually. and when you do you'll be thankful you found them.

yes iv experienced it. its very hard to describe but if you dont know what it is you probably wont learn very fast its not the bull shit you see on tv it has rough edges to it too nothings perfect but at least its better than suffering alone

If you have to suffer doing it then its probably not love. You must believe it is honestly worth it and enjoy it Pandoras.

irdk if i have or haven't but what i think was love was painful that's because i was betrayed ween she turned away my heart sunk i was 13 im almost 22 i was so stupid about love back then looking back but what might of have been love turned into hatred after she fucked my friend to get make me mad which at that point i already had another girlfriend 100 times better looking an a trillion times nicer so she was the one who ended up getting mad sadly things didn't work out with other girl ether after she moved never seen her or spoke to her again i was really sad that i didn't get a chance to say goodbye i wonder if she still remembers me probably not it's almost been 10 years lol

well i'm 19 and i have my heart broken for a long time now, still i can't help it but i still love the same girl. truth is that same girl have broken my heart 3 times already, i don't even know why i haven't given up yet on her. love is basically a feeling you can't forget, no matter how good or bad it ends, it's still love. mine have ended bad, i want to forget about her, but i simply can't. it feels like my heart is seeking for her. do i still have a chance or do i simply wait till i forget her? i leave that question to you >>1

I don't know if I will be too good at explaining, but I will give it a shot.
Love is when you know someone, and really know them well. But you appreciate every part of who they are, simply because that's what their make up is. You can speak your mind and feelings without fear of judgement, and they can to you. They become a priority, and one that you happily have. Everything wrong with your relationship is seen as an obstacle that will make your bond stronger once you pass it together. It's comfort to have them in your sight. It's when you cherish them, and when your happiness derives from theirs, for purely unselfish reasons. It is when they are your shelter, somewhere you can go without needing to feel judged, without feeling shame or embarrassment. With the one you love, you should know that they accept your emotions and feelings, your thoughts, yourself as a person, and they honour and respect you for it.
Love is when you wish to hold that person close to you so you can be assured of their safety and their well-being. When somehow, your thoughts always link back to them, because your life has begun to revolve around this love you feel. And your life does this because it is no longer your life alone - you are sharing it with another person. Everything yours is theirs, and everything theirs is yours. You know you deserve them, because your hold these feelings for them, and they hold these feelings for you as well. They deserve you just as much, because you will be good and kind and patient with them. You take care of each other. You are more than happy to do so.
It is an endless comfort as you go about your life. They are a light in your dark times, they are your motivation to keep trying, they are your peace when the world becomes hectic. They come first. And you are the same to them. It is mutual, it is giving, it lasts for as long as you invest in it. It is hard work, but at the same time, it is so easy, simply because you love them.
This has been my experience in love, and it is ongoing. The day I fell in love was the day I started living.

For me it if something like a really distant planet. We all are searhing for it but we can't find it.

Love is sweet but at the same time painful. Love is the reason we're going forward, but it's also the reason why we stop in one place or succumb in sorrow. Love had varying meanings depends on each opinion of the individuals, as for me...Chi-chan personally hate this feeling, because logic doesn't work when a person in love, I know it's wrong but Chi-chan still traumatized about Chi-chan past~

Well, I haven't experienced romantic love yet, but what I hope love is is the feeling that someone won't get fed up of you.
People always tend to get bored of me and leave, so when I find someone who won't leave me... I think that's love.
