I was thing this is my last year of high school so I will not have any of my high school friends because of reasons I don't want to get in to. I have know idea of how to get new friends when i'm not hidden behind a fake name it's really hard for me to talk to any one other then family member. I also don't like it when people look at me for a long time well it's more like a few minutes. Any way does any one have any idea for me to over come that fear of talking to people.

I've had that fear for a long time, I still suffer with it, but I've been able to have some progress with it a bit. I know this seems unreasonable, but just say whatever you feel. People might not like it and they might think it's annoying, but it's worth a try to do it if you can. That's how I was able to overcome my shyness a bit. "A screw everything, this is my life" mentality
