Me and my parents have been discussing over a new place to live, and we've come nowhere. That was until I found this great house (Recently build and fair price) outside of town. However, where I live now is really close to my school (I probably live closest to school than anyone else in my class) and that place we found is like 10km from school and outside of town. I have been comparing those my house (An old multi floor house) too a the new built one. Which one should I choose?

Is the new house worth the drive/gas. remember you need grocery items and probably events outside school to do in town. ultimately it's your own preference though

Well, it's a built this year, a place with a few the same age as I and I think there is a nearby grocery store. Me and my family rarely go to town and when we do we make sure we don't have to make small trips again anytime soon.
