Paranoid... (6)

I always get this feeling that someone's watching me somehow. It doesn't seem to bother me too much, since I don't think I do very interesting things. But recently I keep thinking that people can read my mind, which is pretty stupid considering I know this isn't true. No matter how many times I tell myself there's no way this could happen, I'm still as paranoid as before. Is there any good way to deal with this? Or should I just let this fade away?

Usually, that is cause by anxiety. It may be a passing flavor or it may be there to stay. In any case you need to learn how to deal with it.
First and foremost, keep your mind busy. The best nutrition for a brain is information. Spending too much time doing nothing will hurt your health both physically and mentally. Pick and book and go read it into a cofee, go learn how to play guitar, how to dance, how to swim. Do something with your life, something entertaining, something fun.
Second, I can read your mind (bullsh, but play along). Now what... what is there so interesting for me to judge or to give a rats ass. Seriously...
Relax, drink some tea, read a book, and enjoy life.
If that does not work, go see a Medic, that is my most honest advice.
But seriously... don't take life too seriously.

Open a window or air condition the room your in, drink tea or coffee, read a book or draw. Do some meditation or yoga, workout to relax your mind. Music can help too can't let it be too quiet or your mind might wonder too much. Any of these can help. I get nervous a lot myself. ^_^

Thanks for the advice, it's very helpful :) I do try to be as busy as I can be. However, I'm still in school so I have to sit in a classrom full of people everyday while I do almost nothing (since most of my teachers just talk a lot). But I definitely will try to relax more. Thank you

Quick input! A little tea isn't bad, but it DOES contain caffeine. Caffeine is a contributor to anxious feelings. Anxious feelings cause paranoia. Catch my drift? Personally, caffeine is my best friend... But it really doesn't help the jitters and the creeps if that is your problem. Just find what makes you chill.
