I just spent the whole day with the girl that I'm in love with. The best part is, I think she loves me back now... So, I'm boasting to all my friends to my she-bro, Lainee, and I told her I know what it means to be "In love". She said "What do you think it means". What I replied with, left her "Speechless with a melted heart". She demanded I share my definition with the world. So, here it is, I suppose. What it means to be "In love": "To me, I've never actually witnessed being in love until now. See, in my eyes, being in love is knowing deep down in your heart that you would be able to spend every second of every day with her and never get bored of her. And honestly feeling like every minute of every day isn't enough. When you're in love, sex doesn't matter. You're too caught up in laying on the merry go round holding hands, talking about how over protective your parents are. Talking about how you could both run away and see the world. Being in love is waking up every single day, opening your eyes, and thinking "I hope she's happy". Every moment you spend without her, you feel alone. Even if you're surrounded by millions, you feel alone without her. You wait and wait to see her, and even though it's only been a week, you feel like it's been decades. You hug for as long as it takes. When you're holding her, all you can say is "I love you". And you say it over and over and over again. Being in love is knowing deep down in your soul that what you want no longer matters. All your wants and needs are gone. All that matters is that the love of your life is in your arms and she's smiling. And you never... ever... EVER want that to change". I didn't mean for it to be so touching as it apparently was.

wow. this is beautiful, i actually cried a little. i felt like this about someone long ago. it didnt work out like we planned but i still think of her to this day. (and wonder if she still thinks of me)

It was ok but the person couldn't accept me and just wanted me for entertainment and I was being abused and harassed for that. I wish the person I confessed too that I still loved very much understood that. This did make me cry because I hope one day I can share this feeling with a person that can feel this way with me.
