thanks for the suport, and as for police its their in-inaction causing me to ask the dollars, i may not have known the guy but i cant sit back and wait for them to do somthing else and bribe their way out of it. im just going to gather information for now though so i dont do anything to risky.

With gang activity you have to know how dangerous it is getting involved with that but without its members not knowing either. You should also see if anyone else in the area you know willing to help. You know for yourself you can't just do that alone. Stay safe. I can possibly ask someone who knows about gangs but I'm not going to be too sure of myself if they know that one.
