It's been 4 years since i met this "senpai" im talking about..
i did my all to be noticed but.. i am still like a wind to her sight..

i always cheer for her on her cosplay events,
i'm always helping her in her photoshoots,
it even came to a point when i hold the umbrella for her, carry her bag, and do her math homeworks :(

all i just wanted is for her to notice my feelings for the past 4 years :(

First, do you know her well? If not, try talking to her more often. Ask her what she likes, what she doesn't like, things of the such. Then, once you get to know her well enough, ask her out.

Or, you could just ask her out right now. But given what you have said, it seems she is either oblivious to your feelings, is ignoring them, or knows that you like her but is not sure what to do.
If she really didn't notice you after all these years, and you already tried getting to know her, just ask her out already. If she says no, just move on.

Be aggressive, if she did not notice your feelings for that long, she must be really dense. not that i'm talking bad about her, i mean look, it's better to ask girls who are hard to get to be with you. i mean it's a challenge, no need to hurry and be a couple in just like 30 seconds. just make her know you more for who you are, and see who she really is.

tbh it sounds like she is just using you at this point... doing her math homework? I did my gf's sometimes to help her out, but she was already my gf, and I got some appreciation back :/ at this point you gotta put your foot down and stop doing those things, and tell her how you feel straight up :/ otherwise things are just not going to work out, your being a little puppy dog...
