I want change... and to change... (5)

I feel lost... i am supposed to change... but i haven't been able to... i finally am getting help for my depression and anxiety but i am NOT progressing... i am inspired by DRRR to initiated a movement of positivity and i already have social media dedicated to it but how can i expect the world to change without me changing?

i feel lost and my life has been stuck in the same place ever since i was 15... now i'm 19... i wont give up but anyone got anything to add?

Don't put so much pressure on yourself to change for starters. I don't think yer as lost as you feel, you have a grasp of what you want to do AND you're already doing it. The thing you have to understand is change really takes time and experience. Keep doing what you are cause I think it's a great idea and I think you're going to find the change in you that you want.

If you change, then the world will either change or will not, you cannot control it, and it will not happen overnight. As you live your life you will be able to come to many realizations, as what >>2 said.

You do not have to be different from the way you are now, because you are fine the way you are. Even if you do change, it will eventually feel like you have always been the same. Your friendships, relationships, academic life, social life, looks, skills, and more will change. Your personality might not, but that is okay. Here is what I use as motivation every time life seems hopeless.
Step 1: Be Born
Step 2: Do Shit
Step 3: Die
Step 4: Relax

You were born this way, so why should you change?
