How does everyone feel about comfort zones? I am trying to get out of mine, such as move out, meet new people etc. Im finding it hard because i lack motivation and i always end up back in my comfort zone, which i feel is getting me nowhere. I feel like life is boring an repetitive but i can change that if i get out of my comfort zone.
Does anyone know any good books, articles, advice for leaving your comfort zone?
I wouldn't advice sudden huge changes, Such as moving cities. I would try to start out doing small things that would also be beneficial to your surroundings,like house repair(re-painting your room), a new haircut, selling some old clothes or donating. You could also schedule a date with friends on an unusual day. Changing around your daily schedule. You'll gradually feel more comfortable to start doing other things.
