Hi dollars. I would like to ask you something. Lately I realized, sometimes I cry when sleep and in the morning I noticed some tear spots on my face. I have no idea what causes this. I have no amorous, psychic or any problems but it's still odd. What do you think?

Hello. I get tears wake up, too, but mine are just a single tear coming out of the corner of my eye. I asked my doctor about this and she said it was perfectly normal. However, if you were actually crying in your sleep and waking up with a running nose and puffy eyes, then, according to the intetnet, that may either be what you were dreaming about or some medical stuff about anxiety or something(I didn't really look at that page that much).

My nose never runs but I crying intense when sleep. Well, then I searched on google and I only found some kind of 'stress' colic what occours in babies. I don't think so that's it. May I should ask my doctor too.
