I haven't posted on here in quite some time, but at least for once it's girl problems instead of anything majorly bad. Really heres the story:

After the passing of my mom I moved to go live with my grandparents and finish off highschool. While here I met this girl who I shall call Kj. Now Kj and I are a lot alike, we watch the same anime, like the same music, and we get into such deep discussions about history and literature that we lose ourselves in eachothers company. Heres where the stick in the machine is; She's not allowed to date until 16 or will allow herself to until after highschool, but I tried asking anyways and she said if she could she would. The sad part is I am going to college next year ( I will be 17)and I don't know what to do? Should I wait or move on and look for someone in college? I really like her, hell I may even love her, but im lost in what I should do. Also im agnostic and she was raised Mormon....so that adds some clinks as well

Move on.
Religion adds a more complicated element to this whole thing.

>>2 I agree. My ex-bf was overly religious christian and I'm a buddhist. He turned out to be a bigot.

Just some general old person's advice. It's hardly an exaggeration when people sing songs about waiting for a thousand years(excepting the fact that we don't live that long, it's the feeling that counts)...for a person you love, waiting is second nature.

I really want to wait, but part of me still agrees with >>2 and >>3

I say to go for it. If you find someone in college you like, ask 'em out. You might even get a few dates, or even a gf. When it's time for her to graduate from high school, if she still means more to you than your gf, then break it off and go back to her. (That's healthier for both you and your gf at the time even if she says no.)

i hate to be that person but why dont you dicuss this with her seriously whats the harm ask her what she thinks. explain your feels bro. you should tell her whats up and how your feeling and the difficulty and if she wants you to wait for her then make the dessision wether or not too and if she wants you too move on its probably for the best
