Seeking help!! (11)

1 Name: Liu's Girl : 2014-05-28 07:43 ID:nKKdcV3F [Del]

I'm looking for help! Just the other day, I got tested on my mental health. After the testing was over my results were:
I have 3 mental disorders/issues:
Depression, a high case of depression
Anti-social Personality Disorder
and some other one (I can't remember the name) where I over hesitate about my physical appearance.
I also found out that I have a 96% chance of committing suicide, and an 85% chance of committing homicide (murder). I'm afraid of myself and I'm worried I'll hurt somebody (or myself).
I'm not normal, I cut myself with a knife just so I can feel the blood drizzle down my arm, I like hurting myself!! I got in a fight the other day and hit this kid's head into a brick wall. He didn't remember me doing it because he passed out right as it happened (I got lucky) now he thinks he just tripped. But now everyone that witnessed it is scared of me and saying, "Don't hurt me you psycho!" I'm crazy! I'm going insane! And I can't control! I'm terrified, and considering ending my life just to save others from being hurt by me! I need help! What am I going to do!?!?!?

Do not panic about the test results, panic always makes everything worse. I guess it was a professional test?

If you really cannot control your behavior or you even want to go extreme, well, there is not much you can do if you fully emerge into it. If this is the case I would strongly recommend seeing a psychiatrist and maybe moving into a mental clinic, depens on what the psychiatrist says. try to get a hold of yourself. But don't freak out about going there, diseases are normal and you want it to get better, right? Also it is no reason to be ashamed of it, especially not in front of medical personel, they probably have seen worse and it is their job.

If you still are able to resist your urge then there is definately hope for you. Try training yourself to act peacefully, hurt nothing (including yourself, as fun as it may be, just stop it, you are doing no good). Look for a hooby, something calm and satisfactory. Still I would recommend seeing a doctor, beeing on the safe site is always better.

Sorry, I am no doctor and am just trying to help if I even can. Most importatnly try to stay calm and seek professional help. And don't kill yourself.
Hope you get healthy soon.

Everyone has problems. Like, no joke, I learned from my psych courses that on average people would discover they have 3 issues/disorders if they actually checked out their mental health.

I know I have alot of frustration about my crap too but seriously. Just keep moving forward. It's hard. It hurts. But you just cant let that really stop you from seeking solace out of life. Do what you have to and forget the negatives as best you can.

at the end of the day, its still you who decides what you are, and what you can be, don't let a sheet of paper decide your fate as thomas edison said... you can always change for the better :)

mental disorders are common. how can you even be sure if you even have a mental disorder or it's common? anyway what you need to do is get in control of your feeling. no one can put you in a nasty mood without your consent. try to think positive and when you feel like you could lose it just take a few deep breaths and walk away. if you do this then you will have less of a chance of hurting others and yourself.

Statistics are stupid and wrong. When I was born, the doctors at the hospital said I wouldn't survive for over a year, claiming a 100% certainty.

I'm now 18 years old and soon to be 19.

>>10 I agree with you! They told my mom she could NEVER have kids, then I popped out. They told my aunt she wouldn't live over 20, and she's like 32.
