Dollars, unlike Pengui here, let me explain how it works.
The money that you would be getting would be for selling Melaleuca products for them. Literally. They "train you to market products" (by periodically give you vague calls) and you sell it for them. Supposedly, you learn how to become a better, more successful person by buying their products and convincing other people to buy them.
After you watch the 45 minute presentation that you get after "joining", you have to pay 35 dollars to get an actual and then buy at least 50 dollars worth of products each month. You get more money depending on how many people you trick into joining and how many of the products you sell, leveling up over time to get more money. They also push you to purchase lists of phone numbers to call, and there have been unconfirmed claims that the membership fee can go up to $300 or that you have to purchase your items several months in advanced.
So yes, you can get money by it (and may make good money if you do it well), but I personally wouldn't trust anything that doesn't say this up front. There's too many ways to get ripped off by this. Dollars, don't be stupid and fall for a scam like this. Not to mention that most of you are under 16 and don't have enough money to even start shit like this.
