Guys I dont know whats wrong with me, for about two years I've just been constantly dizzy always like just turning my head makes me dizzy and i feel out of breath a lot it has been getting worse with age and i already went to the doctors and they said i'm fine, i'm not anemic, i just get tired out easily and i mean i know i'm small and thin but i get my daily meals and vitamins and everything i'm like perfectly fine so i dont see why i'm like this, and lately ive been like "falling apart"

My jaw is dislocated, my neck cracks occasionally, my back has a curvature and hurts a lot, both my wrists dislocate occasionally, my arms crack everytime i stretch them out and a lot of times i feel like i cant breathe.

I'm going to go to the doctor again but like i said they said i'm healthy, proportional, and okay. They did an ultrasound on my heart and its okay. Next is my brain, then my blood. I'm really scared and i dunno what it is... Anyone else have anything similar D: ?

i think you just spend a lot of time on the computer then your back gets used to bending down also your neck and wrists

Oh. That does make sense, lately ive been spending a lot of time on the computer... But it doesnt explain why i feel breathless sometimes unless its just anxiety. The thing is, ive had really bad anxiety attacks and sometimes still do, but sometimes ill just feel like that randomly and recently almost passed out and my heartbeat just went outta whack for no reason...

>>3 I think that's it. It's anxiety that's causing most of these 'side-effects'. In fact, I know a lot of young people nowadays that get tired out easily because of things like academic stress.

I'm not too knowledgeable about this so I may not help much, but here's a few general tips that I think would help:

1) Find the chance to take long walks under the warm sunlight regularly. Why? Because walking is exercise, which can naturally make you feel good. Sunlight exposure is also a natural mood booster, it helps with decreasing anxiety and giving a sense of well-being. You'd also be getting enough Vitamin D to strengthen your bones. :D

2) Have good sleeping habits. It really helps to boost your energy during the day. Also, consuming caffeine is discouraged because it sometimes can increase anxiety.

3) Well, I don't think I need to say much about eating since you sound like you're eating well. But maybe avoiding very spicy foods or foods high in sugar may help.

4) Have at least one or two good friends to always be there for you! Pretty much, just stay in contact with them and confide in them about whatever problems you may feel. Having support from your friends always always helps. :)

By the way, there's also this website that I found to be pretty interesting and helpful. Check it out! It's superbetter.com

I hope you feel better soon, Jessi!

Get your blood-iron levels checked. I have iron deficiency anemia and that can make me dizzy at times (especially at that time of the month) but if your dizzy all the time. If your case is bad as it sounds, the doctor might supply "supervaitamins" I call them, where u take them once a week and contain a high dose of iron.
Also do you live in the New England part of the us or somewhere where winters are bad? Most people who live in states with bad winter are more likely to get a vitamin D defeincy. Vitamin D is important to the bones. People who have don't even know they have. I have this as well.

>>4 Aha, I think I know what it is then. I don't drink milk because I used to be lactose intolerant and because they put too many hormones in there. I also dont go outside a lot because I do internet school. I dont eat spicy food at all, hardly any sugar, and I have friends but I havent seen them all year. And I drink coffee like... Daily ;w; I'll do what you said and see how that helps >w>5 I hope its a dragon >w>6 my parents think i may have iron deficiency but i havent had my blood checked in like 5 years. The reason? I have unusually small veins. (But its okay because i'm a small person it doesnt have any negative effects on me.) the needles are too large so they have to call in a specialist. But the specialist screwed up on me and left a scar so i dont trust them anymore... I wonder if theres a specialist-specialist? X'D

>>8 I AGREE on the milk! I don't drink it anymore because of the hormones too. Like, milk may be good for you now but it'll be bad for you in the long-run?? What's the point of that?! Unless I come across a brand of milk that's completely organic, I ain't drinking that stuff. :<

Well, other than milk, I drink soy milk. It's a lot safer for your hormones.

I would drink soy milk but after a while i started not liking the taste so i switched to almond milk, thing is, i got so used to not drinking milk that i dont even do it anymore. I stopped drinking milk when i was like 11 and im 16 right now and ive been fine i guess but...
